When you need to make a business case
Effective Enterprise Architecture allows organizations to quickly understand the impacts of a proposed change, allowing decision-makers to prioritize business cases based on range of objective and subjective factors, including cost, financial return, strategic relevance, resource impacts, and risk.
When you are developing your team
SAI’s instructors provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching on how to apply Lean Six Sigma, Practical Problem Solving and Leading Change Management in day-to-day activities, developing both managers and employees into effective problem solvers.
When you need to engage stakeholders
A robust communications plan will engage stakeholders at all levels of your organization, conveying a general description of your initiative, relevant history, and legislative or executive requirements and descriptions of the end-state, as well as expected benefits and impacts to the targeted stakeholders.
We blend deep understanding of disruptive forces with industry experience to generate new ideas and solutions, new business models, and new relationships.
SAI was awarded this contract as an 8(a) set aside and they faced the formidable task of transferring all materiel from the original contract holder to the new facility – the original contract was in Virginia Beach, VA, and the new facility is in Fredericksburg, VA. In addition to inventorying all of the medical materiel, the SAI team immediately started preparing materiel for shipment to all applicable Marine Corps Operational Forces. The Government is executing the first option year for SAI and looks forward to continuing the relationship with SAI.
